Astrology constulations

We’ll explore how all the planets, zodiac signs, aspects and degrees within the houses illuminate your path in your birth chart, solar return (annual horoscope) and progressions. Drop by for your 3-6-9 coaching session and choose your preferences. You can combine astrology with other options of coaching. So feel free to combine it with card readings, a family constellation or intuitive messages. If you have a horse, you can also include horse-assisted coaching as an option during your coaching period.

Binnen jouw geboortehoroscoop, solaar (jaarhoroscoop) en progressie gaan we langs hoe alle planeten, sterrenbeelden, aspecten en graden binnen de huizen jouw pad verlichten. Kom langs voor jouw 3-6-9 coaching en kies jouw voorkeuren. Je kan astrologie in combinatie doen met andere facetten binnen coaching. Combineer het dus gerust met kaartleggingen, een familie opstelling of intuïtieve boodschappen. Voor wie een paard heeft, kan ook paardencoaching als optie inzetten binnen de coachingperiode.

Card readings

We take in a wealth of impressions through our senses. This allows us to use cards to convey visual messages as well as to provide confirmation. I use the cards to complement other elements. Through the words, affirmations, images, colours and shapes of the cards, it is often the case that things suddenly click into place. You are welcome to use a card reading during any of your coaching sessions whenever you feel the need.

Via onze zintuigen krijgen we veel indrukken binnen. Zo kunnen we kaarten inzetten voor visuele boodschappen alsook bevestigingen. De kaarten zet ik in ter toevoeging van andere onderdelen. Via de woorden, affirmaties, prenten, kleuren en vormen van de kaarten, is het vaak dat er kwartjes vallen. Je bent welkom om tijdens al je coaching momenten wanneer jij er behoefte aan hebt, een kaartlegging in te zetten.

Family constellations are unique experiences. Prema guides individuals to reach insight and set the right goals. From miscarriages to war crimes, from hunger and poverty to narcissism and abandonment anxiety, from heartbreak to misunderstanding at work. All reasons are valid for systemic constellations, and every theme can be addressed. 
Prema has been guiding people for two decades. The systemic constellations of family, certain choices or your work can be representations of what is going wrong. Through the guidance, each individual discovers where he or she has become stuck in his or her system. Of course, throughout the process, we remove the excess energy in each system and help to resolve it. In this way, we refine the bonds with our supporters and give freedom and space to the generations after us. 

The systemic constellations take place in Geraardsbergen (or online for those living abroad).

Familie opstellingen zijn unieke ervaringen. Prema begeleidt individuen om tot inkeer en de juiste doelen te komen. Van miskramen tot oorlogsmisdaden, van honger en armoede tot narcisme en verlatingsangst, van kwetsuren in de liefde of onbegrip binnen het werk. Alle redenen zijn goed om systemisch op te stellen en ieder thema kan behandeld worden.
Prema geeft sinds 2 decennia begeleiding aan mensen. De systemische opstellingen van zowel familie, of bepaalde keuzes of je werk kunnen weergaven zijn van wat spaak loopt. Door de begeleiding komt ieder individu erachter waar het in zijn of haar systeem vast is komen te zitten. Uiteraard gaan we doorheen het proces de overtollige energie in ieder systeem uit de weg ruimen en helpen oplossen. Zo verfijnen we de banden met onze achterban en geven we vrijheid en ruimte aan de generaties na ons.

Prema gives bi-weekly guided meditations for all coaching clients and all team members of the essential oils. Sometimes this is a meditation accompanied by a single essential oil. Other times it is a guided meditation with an essential oil blend. 
Prema is very open-minded and works her way through the old traditions, beyond your comfort zone, constantly seeking the light deeper and further, in order to further radiate her talent. 
Book your 3–6–9 coaching sessions and you can get started with the meditations. During your personal coaching sessions and team gatherings, Prema will also start and/or end each session with a meditation.

Voor alle coaching klanten en alle teamleden van de essentiële oliën geeft Prema tweewekelijkse geleide meditaties. De ene keer is dit een meditatie onder het gezelschap van een enkelvoudige essentiële olie. De andere keer is dit een meditatie met een mix aan essentiële oliën, een olie blend. 
Prema is zeer ruimdenkend en gaat voorbij aan de comfortzone en zoekt steeds het licht dieper en verder op, om haar talent verder uit te stralen. 
Boek je 3–6–9 coaching afspraken en je kan aan de slag met de meditaties. Tijdens je persoonlijke coaching en team bijeenkomsten zal Prema ook telkens starten en/of eindigen met een meditatie.


Intuitive messages 

When you come for coaching, I can tune into your core. I receive messages through clairvoyance, clairsentience and other clear, intuitive channels. I do this when someone is open to it. During family constellations, I sense the family members and perceive them physically. Through automatic writing, I provide answers to your questions whilst I can sense where something has become stuck in the body, the system, the emotions or the mind. You can ask me questions about your personal life. I will not answer questions concerning other people, such as your parents or partner. If you have minor children at home, I can address this. Animals sometimes wish to speak through me too, so please feel free to bring your pet-related questions. Using essential oils, I also determine which oils can work specifically with you to make certain aspects of your life easier. If you’re open to this, please feel free to ask. It would be helpful if you could email your questions in advance (so I can prepare).

Intuïtieve boodschappen

Wanneer je langskomt voor coaching, kan ik intunen op jouw kern. Via helderweten, heldervoelen en andere heldere, intuïtieve kanalen ontvang ik boodschappen. Dit doe ik wanneer iemand hiervoor open staat. Tijdens familie opstellingen voel ik de familieleden en neem ik hen fysiek waar. Via automatisch schrift geef ik antwoorden op jouw vragen terwijl ik kan invoelen waar iets vast is komen te zitten in het lichaam, het systeem, in de emoties of het denkvermogen. Je kan mij vragen stellen over je persoonlijke leven. Ik ga niet antwoorden op zaken van andere mensen, bijvoorbeeld je ouders of partner. Indien je minderjarige kinderen in huis hebt, kan ik hier wel op ingaan. Ook dieren willen wel eens door me heen spreken, dus breng gerust je huisdiervragen mee. Via de essentiële oliën ga ik ook na welke oliën specifiek bij jou kunnen inwerken om bepaalde elementen in je bestaan eenvoudiger te maken. Als je hier open voor staat, voel je vrij dit aan te vragen. Het is handig indien je jouw vragen voorafgaand even mailt (ter voorbereiding).
