Personal development is an active pursuit. It involves consciously examining multiple themes and aspects of your life. These can range from good health (mental, emotional, physical AND spiritual) to your planning and priorities. Or it can be a way of exploring who your right contacts are, including your potential life partner. Communication, leadership, self-care and intuition can also be reviewed. Above all, it is about choosing from your desires to reach your strength. That which gives you deep joy in life is your personal source of inspiration. We meet weekly or bi-weekly in one season and each time build on where we left off last time. I hope to welcome you (again) soon and take you on a wonderful journey.
